I've seen David Bromberg in concert 16 times...he never let / lets me down !

He does a gig now and than, here and there. He use to jam in a Wilmington club like once a week. Kinda like Woody Allen on the clarinet in NYC.

I've went to his shop to give him one of his old posters, I have and was brushed off by his assistant. (while he scurried into the back room-I guess that's what I get for going into such a high class joint) He was a lot different when I met him down on South Street in Philly. (when he still lived in Chicago) Judging by his odder and such...if I had to guess, I would have said while he was back at his old haunt(?) he was binge'n.

That night when he was up on stage talking about how fine is woman was. (you know what I'm talking about if you have ever seen him) The friend I was with yelled out...Does she have a sister and everybody in the place started laughing. Bromberg replied...Shut up, I'm the funny guy here.

Somewhere in my files, I have pictures of him at the World Café. Lab Rat (my squeeze) and I (by chance) sat with the Web Master of his site and he sent them to me.

WOW...speaking of his website...I looked at it and this just in: Next stop for David & the band: recording a new album at Levon Helm Studios with producer Larry Campbell and engineer Justin Guip.

Mackaters...Old Mack has been going crazy ! All kinds of work need to be done and we have been having rain for 2 weeks (12 out of 15 days) and it is predicted we're going to get rain...for the next week strait.

But in the mean time...on a TV she bought at Walmart, (where George Zimmerman once worked) Sarah Palin simultaneously watched Fox News about global warming caused by Israel and the effect it has on the peace loving Palestinian people, while she read a article on gun control (and day dreamed about what has a greater impact...same sex marriage or the war on women) as she ate a Chick-Fil-A sandwich... washing it down with a 64 oz Coke, that she bought at a Koch Brothers franchise, right next to the Catholic Church (where the local Tea party meets) which was built where a old growth forest use to be that the Indians used for burying their dead and as a center for redistributing the wealth of the deceased until White Christian European males (who Mitt Romney is a direct descendant of) came and stole their land and planted it with genetically altered crops, than polluted it and never paid enough taxes on it because they were rich and took advantage of the Bush tax cuts.

The Shard is generally disliked for its unwelcome impact on the rest of the skyline (and its uselessness as any kind of commercial or social building) - though I quite like it, not having to live with it on a daily basis - and the alley behind the Savoy Hotel, off the Strand, is still pretty much as it was when Bob and Ginsberg made that unforgettable video (though it was on film, cos pop promo videos hadn't been invented then, and the scaffolding is long gone ...)

Progressing? It's done, pinz. Just waiting for some corporation/billionaire with more money than sense to move in at what has to be an exorbitant rent

Yo, Yo...one time I was on the phone to Hughes.net my IP. I said to the guy that was helping me...Where did you get that accent. He said to me...I'm in India.
