We went through several names, couldn't find anything good that wasn't already taken so we just reverted back to this. We wanted an entirely original name. I'm 100% sure that the only other thing named "Doctor Death Crush" in the world is my roommate's cat.

Also we first played together in summer 2012, we played a gig in what is now my attic (I moved in later), as seen in the videos, and then took a hiatus until a couple weeks ago. We're having a really hard time getting together to practice, our bassist and drummer are both really busy.

Well I'm a huge Pearl Jam fan as well (HUGE), and everyone in this band loves Jack White. We regularly cover Jack White songs from every period of his career. We've been trying to tone down the Jack White worship a little.

We're also all big Led Zeppelin fans. I don't know if that's as apparent. Before we actually started rehearsing, we used to do long free-form jams of Led Zeppelin medleys...

I don't care about Pearl Jam and I don't think I really get Led Zeppelin so it must not be of much value if I say I prefer your band but R2D2 seems to enjoy it as well
