Right after I wake up I have nightmares. This morning too. I know I am awake but I feel so out of proportion miserable maybe it isn't out of proportion. But I better think it is.

...it might be anxiety??? I've had waking nightmares a long time ago, but it was as though I'd channeled someone else's experience while sleeping...like sommeone's cry of terror permeated the place I was sleeping and entered my dream. It took a while to come out of. But I've only had a couple of those dreams.

Another living nightmare is anxiety...that's like your brain trying to massacre itself while your stomach twists in knots. It can last a long time. I can absolutely promise you that eventually it goes away...or am I totally off track again?

My doctor indeed many times said I have anxiety but I'm not sure if I know what you are talking about once more...

...I guess some things are just too hard to explain in a few sentences. I should have said "I hope you feel better soon".

I bought a bass one maybe two years ago. At the beginning I was excited but soon I lost my entusiasm and left it in a corner. But since a couple of weeks ago I've been feeling like playing it and today I decided to play songs and something unbelievable has happened. I was playing it and I thought "I'm gonna sing" and I have sung at the same time I was playing bass... wow (hehe)
But I was playing "When I'm 64" and sang even worse than usually. Now I'm gonna try The Beach Boys "Wouldn't it be nice" too.

Well, "Wouldn't it be nice" is not very easy to sing but I'm trying Roy Orbison's "Only the lonely"... I won't dare to look at neighbours again...
