Last Play You Saw !
On Saturday evening My lovely wife and I saw a play "Breast Wishes" It was a humerous look at breasts and as well it covered sensibly many of the problems breasts can cause. It also had a sensitive look at Breast Cancer.

Interesting, Doc.
I miss the theater. Before we had children, my husband and I went to the NYC theater frequently. I would go to the ballet at Lincoln Center myself, buying an $8 standing room ticket and then, when the theater went dark, slipping down to an orchestra seat.
I think the last play I saw was a monologue by the late, great Spalding Gray. Catch his fascinating monologue on film, Swimming to Cambodia.

Re: Last Play You Saw !
I went to the theatre a lot in London
seeing as I don't have to be so cautious here and nervous.....I can just relax
last play I saw was Fat Pig......heheheh
just could really relate to it........
it wasn't very good
the theatre in London is amazing......not just London....all over the UK...I've seen wonderful plays........
but I'd rather be happy than cultured......![Razz](https://2img.net/i/fa/i/smiles/icon_razz.gif)

Re: Last Play You Saw !
We rarely went to plays etc when our children were younger because of the hassle of arranging sitters etc. However as they became more independent we have become subscribers to the play season . In Bendigo a large Australian regional centre we have a very good restored theatre and we get many touring plays.
A few weeks ago we saw "Tuesdays With Morrie" . That was outstanding.
When I was in London I saw "Spamalot"

Last Night I saw "The Sum Of Us".
It was the story of a widower and his gay son and the relationship and understanding they had of each other's lives.
It had many funny one liners .
A much better play that the previous one I saw called "Raising The Flag" , which was so boring I could not even bother posying about it.

That is a play I really want to see.pinhedz wrote:In an itty-bitty local community theater, I just saw Agatha Christy's "The Mouse Trap."
The actor who played Mr Paravicini told me that he imagined the character as not really an italian at all, but just an Englishman with a boring clerical job, who amused himself on vacation by pretending to be a foreigner. And in the play, he was trapped in his character once the investigation started.![]()
