Eddie I

...is actually the same old Eddie.

You might recall that about 6 months ago I changed my ISP from AOL to BT.

"Eddie"'s profile still gives the old (incorrect) AOL email address.

I've tried to remedy this by re-registering as "Eddie I" and giving my new (correct) BT email address.

But I can still only log in as "Eddie", despite the old, incorrect (AOL) email address appearing on my profile. The board regards "Eddie I" (who has supplied his new, correct BT email address) as a non-person.

Buggered if I know what to do about this.
