Re: ATU-II recruitment drive
Not really, Eddie. I know ATU is quite often mentioned at ER - not always in a disapproving manner - and ER people often mention having checked us out. It would seem that in general ER people, a few of us apart, are not interested in what we do.

Maybe a personal invitation to ER members and people who you know of in other forums who could be good contributors would be worth a try.

I invited a person who took a look and said "looks like an interesting place, I'll check it out" but didn't say anything anymore

Perhaps some of the quite numerous guests/browers could take the plunge and sign up as members, maybe make the occasional post?

At present we have 23 users online, mostly made up of a quite inexplicable cabal in what appears to be Czechoslovakia.

Has it ever happened ?pinhedz wrote:In theory, people googling terms like "Artaud," "Buranovo," "Ulytau," "Franco Rasetti," etc., would hit on this site, and then decide to speak their 2-cents worth. But it does not seem to happen very often.

That was Moony, one of ATU's most valuable contributors.

So far it does not seem to have acheived much .pinhedz wrote:I'm about to leave for 2 weeks myself--but the recruitment can still continue.
With you gone the forum may as well be closed as in the last few weeks you have been the one keeping it going .
