Reality vs science

Post  pinhedz on Sun Dec 20, 2015 8:25 am

A famous musician recently said "There is more than one kind of reality--there is literal reality, but there is also lyrical reality."

The way he explained it, "literal reality" is what actually happened. "Lyrical reality" is stuff you make up that is the way you want to tell it.

Wynton said "One person's reality is a good as another's"

I just wanna say the "as good as another's" doesn't mean REAL.

Feel free to disagree--but spare me the BS. bounce

if lyrical reality is the way you want to tell it, how do you tell literal reality?
At least it'll have to be as similar to the talking head as to be possible to be expressed from it

quizá quisiste decir: I just wanna say the "as good" doesn't mean "as REAL" ?

Literal reality would be what you saw if you were there and saw the whole thing, if you saw the whole thing--which you probably did not.

And what you remember might only be lyrical reality.
