Wecome, Alouette. You've probably surmised that a few of the posters here have several identities and avatars. To add to the confusion this engenders sometimes one or two of the posters masquerade as another single-identity poster. So...at present, otro is posting as blue moon (me). It's relatively harmless and you can identify her by the beer her avatar is holding. I use the same avatar, without the beer. The part of this masquerade that rankles is that long after otro loses interest in posing as me, all of the posts she makes are attributed to 'blue moon'.  
It appears even pinhedz is confused, because otro made the post he is responding too...she lives in Spain, and I am the Aussie...

I've never been a nudist.
I'm having a rare moment of non-paranoia re diabolical internet invasions of privacy...so I'm posting this picture of me. I do so because I haven't had a cigarette in 3 months, no coffee for a week, turned to vegetarianism recently, and have just had my 2nd yoga lesson...so I'm not looking as haggard as usual.

I wouldn't be able to stand up without coffee, a lot of it.
You'll have to keep me posted re how you are managing with the regimen,
maybe I'll be inspired to make some changes.

Thanks for the kind comment Alouette. I'd have remained blissful in my nicotine and caffeine and red meat haze, but it's become apparent that to do so will rob me of most of the joyful things in life...like a healthy, workable body. Pity. I have happy memories of staying up late posting on here, and waking up in the morning to the sight of half a dozen cigarette stubs standing up like sentinels around the computer, a few coffee cups with congealed cream at their base and the odd dreg of red wine in a long-stemmed glass their decadent companions...
