I have it on good authority that "Blind Willie Dunn" was not really blind, because he was really Hoagie Carmichael (which is an excellent name for a bluesman).

Furthermore, "Blind Thomas," who recorded on John Fahey's Fonotone record label in the 1960s, was actually John Fahey, and not blind at all.
