I read it! Good article. Must be the most worshipful thing I've read about Dylan.

Interesting, yet predictably familiar account. What a nightmare he must be to work for. You might as well check your self-respect in at the door, on the way in.

Shrinky is liar. While they weren't blockenbusters by Shabtai standards, New Morning & Planet Waves were generally well-received by critics and fans. Shrinky is artificially raising the stakes for his anecdote and bloggenposten, and should be ashamed. Paigeren zol er, vhat a shandeh!

Blood on the Tracks does have a lot of whingy self-pity. That is why Planet Waves is the best. It is not artificially chipper like Nashville Skyline or New Morning (Planet Waves having the Suicide Song & the Funereal Song) but it also is not all depressing and shit like The Bloody Tracks. Also is has the good memories of Lopez in Duluth and the fun tales of reheating coffee ground and how Lone Wolf goes out for the drinking etc. Also album providing basis for International Refresh Anthem of the Super-Bowl. THE BAND also is very good at following Sloppy Grumpy Shabtai the Money-Lender. In conclusion, Planet Waves is the best.

There's no wave on this planet that Planet Waves represents a stronger body of work than Blood on the Tracks.

Leo told Bob what he thought of "Blood on the Tracks."
But Leo didn't know it was Bob.
