Bluebottle's no musician but reckons that Mr Tinkham's version is jolly good and would please good King Hal no end.

Sounds good. I have one suggestion, and that's that there are some spots (like 1:07 and 1:56, for example) where you could resolve to a major chord instead of minor. It makes for a nice surprise and keeps the listeners on their toes.

As for the intro, I couldn't say anything specific without getting hands-on and fooling around with it, but I'm imagining some kind of filigree to fill in the gaps there.
