Morton Subotnick

Post  pinhedz on Sun Jan 29, 2012 10:05 am

Fun fact: "subotnick" is a slavic word that means "he who volunteers to work on a Saturday for the good of the common cause and the greater glory of the collective."

Morton Subotnick is in town this week to play his classic "Silver Apples of the Moon."

What's not to like?

Gordo didn't make it--he got so engrossed in organizing his album of Conlon Nancarrow and Leon Theremin photos that he missed the flight out of Santa Cruz.
