Of course it had to happen that the pinhed would post about Lake Street Dive on this thread.

And yet I hesitate, because I don't know it they're a rock band (they went to the New England Conservatory of Music--see Gunther Schuller thread  Suspect ).

Is the first video below rock? scratch

They say they like the Beatles, and that's why they wrote a song called "Don't Make Me Hold Your Hand" and another called "Goodby, Hello."

Is the second video rock? I'd say so.

The Artist just performed at the White House (which has not been officially acknowledged--but we have the set list) and at venues outside of the White House.

The Post has declared that He is the most splendiferous and the most bestest Artiste that has ever played music--ever.

None of it was youtoobed, however, so here's this:

Founder and Team Captain Mike Olson (from Saint Louis Park, home of the Coen brothers) says:

“Rule No. 1 when we started was that nobody in the band could date anyone else in the band,”
he said. “We definitely don’t want to turn into Fleetwood Mac.”

What are you referring to? Our love? Their love? Evidenced offered by you that the bouncing ball or Rock has lost all it's air? Tell me, before I respond further.

Based on the banter on the "Live at Lizard Lounge" album, that song is about Mike the drummer's feelings. Mike feels fearful and vulnerable, and yet he wants to talk about his feelings. And Rachael is his friend, she is there for him, so she helps him to let it out. They say it's healthy and liberating to let it out.

Talking about another song on the same album, Rachael says "This song is about my feelings--it was written by Mike." scratch

As for the bouncing head, I just can't seem to post "мы с тобой квиты" without it.

That is terrible. I almost decided to switch teams tonight because they played AC/DC music, and that sing-a-long to Piano Man with Billy Joel was pretty cool.
