I've noticed that in order to post on ATU-II, I have to enable cookies.

This was not the case with ATU-I, and when I couldn't post on ATU-II at first, it took me a while to figure out that I had to enable cookies (there was no message instructing me to enable cookies).

Is it possible that some new members are unable to post, and don't realize that they have to enable cookies?

I have never needed to do that . It is just the same as ATU 1 for me.
