When autocorrect sees "critics" it changes it to "circus," which is not--strictly speaking--more correct in all contexts.

Memo to autocorrect:

-- "Svetlov" is not spelled "svelte." Rolling Eyes

-- and changing "pronounce" to "prunes" is not a great improvement, either.

Some Americans think that Australians all talk-like-a-pirate all the time, but this is mostly untrue.

However, many Australian news announcers always use past participles instead of straight past tense. scratch

Also, many Australians think Minnesota voted red, because they think it's the same as Michigan. Shocked

Australians never mistake Tasmania for Tanzania, but some Texans just did (I am not judging, just taking note study ).

This is a type of crawdad that the 'Strayans call a "bug."

Anyone can see it's an insect, but American restaurants would probably have to call it something else on the menu.

in the last millennium, "Mediterranean" restaurants had Italian food.

Now all "Mediterranean" restaurants serve Libyan food. Suspect

The key to learning pidgin is to find the right teacher (autocorrect tried to replace "find" with "kine").

I tried them all and I like this one best: I love you I love you I love you I love you
